Japan Election Ushers in Potential Righteous Change
The Japanese elections on Sunday ushered in a potential new era for that country as the people rejected the party that had been in power since the 1950s (!!) and replaced them with a government that calls itself more decentralized and free-market focused in terms of domestic economic policy and more independent / anti-imperialist in foreign policy.
I think, as they have done over the last few decades, Japan will show itself to be ahead of the curve in major social moves and we will see a similar such political adjustment in America over the coming decade(s). Japan’s new government is definitely a step towards the Jeffersonian ideal and is a step the United States could use VERY badly as we are being destroyed by centralized idiocy and corruption along with interest group global imperialism.
Imperial statism is not a system that jibes very well with the universal primary social virtues of liberty, peace and prosperity.
