Please join me in a moment of reflection for those who have given their lives in times of war.

On this day of reflection, it becomes even more concrete that war is a bane of human existence. As we continue into the 21st Century, we must remain vigilant in our efforts to bring peaceful solutions to the problems of this world.

To honor those who have fought bravely in years past, we must work together so that their sacrifice will not be for nothing. So that future Memorial Days will not memorialize more, we must first and foremost seek peaceful solutions to the problems of our time.

Banding together to solve problems, promote justice and implement freedom, peace, and prosperity is something that any sane individual can see the value in.

On this Memorial Day let us honor our fallen brethren by seeking peace and reconciliation.
