The “flip-this-house” mentality caught fire in the Vegas Desert as hard as anywhere. Now the effects of ridiculous property speculation are starting to show themselves. Foreclosures have only just begun. Be on the look out for a housing-led recession sometime in late-2007 or early-2008.
